Everything you need to get started with Adepth.
Getting Started
Adepth connects your ad platforms with your CRM to show the true ROI of your campaigns — not just clicks, but actual closed deals and revenue.
- Create an account — Sign up at adepth.io/signup. No credit card required for the 14-day free trial.
- Complete onboarding — Follow the 5-step setup wizard to configure your workspace.
- Connect integrations — Link your ad platforms and CRM (see below).
- Explore your dashboard — Once data syncs, your Command Center will show unified campaign performance.
Connecting Ad Platforms
Google Ads
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect next to Google Ads
- Sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access
- Adepth will automatically detect your ad accounts
- Data syncs every hour (every 6 hours on Pro, real-time on Premium)
Meta Ads
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect next to Meta Ads
- Log in to Facebook and authorize Adepth
- Select the ad accounts you want to track
- Campaign data will begin syncing automatically
Connecting Your CRM
Adepth supports HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Bitrix24. The connection process is similar for all:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect next to your CRM
- Authorize access via OAuth (read-only)
- Adepth imports deals, leads, pipeline stages, and sales rep data
- Use the Stage Mapping editor to align your CRM stages with Adepth's funnel model
CRM data syncs every 6 hours. On Premium, sync frequency is configurable.
Google Analytics 4
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect next to Google Analytics 4
- Sign in and grant read-only access to your GA4 property
- Adepth fetches sessions, conversions, and revenue broken down by traffic source

UTM Builder
Generate and track custom campaign URLs. UTM parameters are automatically matched to CRM leads for end-to-end attribution.
Stage Mapping
Every CRM uses different pipeline stages. Adepth's Stage Mapping editor lets you align your CRM stages with a normalized funnel:
- New Lead — Initial contact or inquiry
- Qualified — Lead meets criteria
- Proposal — Offer or demo sent
- Negotiation — Active discussion
- Closed Won — Deal closed successfully
- Closed Lost — Deal lost
Go to Settings → Integrations → Stage Mapping to configure your mapping.
Data & Security
- All OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest
- Read-only access — Adepth never modifies your ad campaigns or CRM data
- Row-Level Security ensures workspace isolation
- GDPR compliant — disconnect any integration to delete all synced data

- Pro ($349/mo) — All ad platforms, 1 CRM integration, 6-hour sync, 10-year history, CSV export, 1 member (owner).
- Premium ($549/mo) — Unlimited ad accounts, 1 CRM integration, real-time sync, 10-year history, REST API access, up to 5 members.
